8 Greatest Ubisoft Video Games Everyone Should Play

Ubisoft is not the best gaming company in the world but it’s not the worst either. Ubisoft has made some of the most influential video games ever. Ubisoft is also known for introducing some of the most popular gaming franchises. Assassins Creed, Tom Clancy, Prince Of Persia and many others. I personally like Ubisoft games a lot and I am absolutely loving the AC Origins. To Celebrate the 31 Years of greatness.

Today we are counting down the best Ubisoft video games ever made. (List in no particular order)

PRINCE OF PERSIA: SANDS OF TIME

Excellently produced, with intuitive, responsive controls, a deep, engaging storyline and immersive sound. – Game Over Online
The gorgeous visuals and music, great story, responsive controls, excellent level design, and – most importantly – superb implementation of action moves make this a true winner. – Adrenaline Vault
While it is not particularly long and does not have too much replay value, it keeps one entranced while one is playing it. – Just RPG

CHILD OF LIGHT

None of it feels focus-tested, or designed to appeal to the broadest possible audience; rather, it always comes off as exactly the expression its creators intended. – IGN
A shining example of the powers of adventure, and what a well-realised fairy-tale world can do for a gaming experience. Child of Light is magnificent journey that deserves both your attention and your time. – Gamereactor Denmark
Child of Light’s water-colour fantasy is beautiful to behold – but it’s the constantly rewarding, explorative gameplay that keeps it enchanting. – Critical Hit

TOM CLANCY’S GHOST RECON ADVANCED WARFIGHTER

An achievement in tactical first-person shooters. Ubisoft did a great job balancing the intense action on the screen with the high tech gadgetry needed to make it through in one piece. – Xbox Solution
What “next-gen” ought to be. It embodies gameplay, graphics, multiplayer and style that we were expecting to see from the Xbox 360. Simply put, GRAW rounds out the total package. – Worth Playing
The whole cross-com idea, while a reasonably good addition to the single-player mode, is an invaluable addition to the multiplayer. Combined with the use of the marker system, communication has never been easier making it the best multiplayer game on the machine currently. – PALGN

ASSASSIN’S CREED IV: BLACK FLAG

Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag is a damn good game that has little flaws attached to it, which is impressive for a launch title. – Digital Chumps
Stealth games are only as good as the flexibility of their encounters, and in that regard, Black Flag is the most generous Assassin’s Creed game to date. – Edge Magazine
Beyond the underwhelming main campaign, Black Flag delivers a world brimming with gorgeous places to go, amazing secrets to discover, and nefarious pirates to stab. – IGN

VALIANT HEARTS: THE GREAT WAR

In a way Valiant Hearts is a challenge to everyone in the industry; it’s a challenge to the publishers churning out the same old “war games,” and it’s a challenge to all the players that continue to buy into these games without really thinking about what they are playing. War isn’t fun, and it has a real impact on the people that are involved in it. It’s games like this one that, critically, remind us that there is a human side to war. – Digitally Downloaded
Valiant Hearts: The Great War is one of the best graphical adventures you can find nowadays. Its beautiful visuals provided by the UbiArt engine was already known as a good choice, so the surprise comes with the amazing story it manages to unfold. – LaPS4
Valiant Hearts is quite a peculiar title: behind a simple (and even questionable) videogame lies a stunning experience than will warm your heart while teaching you actual history. If everyone played it, the world would surely become a better place.  – IGN Italia

FAR CRY 3

A new standard for the genre. With a huge world full of surprises you could define it as the Skyrim of action games. – Eurogamer Spain
Far Cry 3 is important for the same reason as Far Cry 2. It’s a shooter that considers shooters thoughtfully, both in the way they’re designed and the way we play them, and then asks us to do the same. – IGN
Far Cry 3 is an excellent game, marred mainly by some irritating design elements and an inconsistent story that often defaults to generic “tribal” cliches to make an impact. – GameSpot

Watch Dogs 2

The UI is wonderful. You have so much information immediately available to you. Nudle Maps always has a mini-map in the lower left corner, giving you a good look at the area. Bringing up information on people gives you a crisp, clear window. Hacking offers a menu with easily recognizable icons, so you always know what your button presses will do. – Cheat Code Central
The sincere belief in a pack mentality is just one reason why Watch Dogs 2 is such an improvement over its predecessor. – Slant Magazine
In practice the hacking works intuitively and — assuming you suspend your disbelief that you can use the same network to steer a car or explode a sewerage pipe from a phone — it’s a huge amount of fun. – The Sydney Morning Herald

Assassin’s Creed Origins

875973

Overall, Assassin’s Creed: Origins properly reinvents the franchise, offering a new and improved fighting and movement system, as well as an enormous open world to discover. Technically, it’s not perfect, but this hardly hampers the experience. – PSX-Sense.nl

Assassin’s Creed: Origins manages to be both experimental and safe. It tries a lot of new things, but it never ventures too far from the Assassin’s Creed formula. There’s a lot of potential in Origins, and it’ll be exciting to see how the new features evolve in future games. Fans of Assassin’s Creed should find a lot to like, and it may be time to revisit the battle between the Assassins and the Templars. – Worth Playing

It was a big risk trying so many new things at once, but it worked, and the setting carries it. – Destructoid
