PlayStation VR Event Will Be Held On March 15

Sony has kept quiet on its PlayStation VR headset in recent months, but that’s going to change soon. The company has announced it will hold PSVR event during the Game Developers Conference on March 15. A presentation will kick things off, with demos available later in the day. Here’s the invite (via Engadget):

GDC has been a special place for PSVR in recent years. It was during GDC 2014 that Sony originally announced PSVR, known at the time as Project Morpheus. At GDC 2015, Sony announced a new prototype version of PSVR and confirmed that the headset would launch in the first half of 2016.

Sony didn’t say, or provide any teases, for what it may announce this year. Two of the biggest unanswered questions are the release date and price.
